Our Rules

1. You can book an apartment if you will stay in this apartment 2 or more nights.

2. The booking is done by depositing a 1 night price for the apartment you have chosen. If you book an apartment for longer than 10 nights – then 10% needs to be deposited for booking the apartment.

3. Transfer from the place of arrival to the apartments are paid together with booking an apartment.

4. The rest of the payment is paid in cash when you arrive to the apartment.

5. You check into the apartment at 1 p.m. And check out at 12 p.m. (noon) Any shifts in this schedule can be negotiated with a manager.

6. Deposit can be paid via credit card, PayPal or Western Union. Upon the receipt of the payment the apartment is booked.

7. If you change your mind, after having booked an apartment then: 75% of the deposit is returned if you notify us 15-29 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit is returned if you notify us 8-14 days before the arrival date, 25% is returned if you notify us in 3-7 days before the arrival date and deposit is not returned if you notify us in less than 2 days before the arrival date.

8. You must have your valid ID with you when checking in.

9. Prices that you see on the site can slightly differ from the prices that are valid at the moment when you get in touch with our company. But, of course, after receiving your request we send you the updated prices and we close the deal based on these updated prices. Once the deal is closed, the price remains unchanged (exactly the way we showed the price at the moment of closing the deal).
